A Mother’s Balancing Act
Kimber Dean, co-owner of Nourish Café Market in downtown Columbia, has dedicated her life to wellness and helping those around her discover healing through food and intentional movement. As a wife, multi-business owner, chef, yoga instructor, mother to her girls Dillon and Reese, and stepmom to Lyla, Dean balances many roles in her life. Being a recovered addict by the time she was 22 years old, Dean feels she has an understanding of what it means to treat your body with respect, an understanding she hopes to share with as many people as she can.
